Well, what a year its been.
To think we started with just Mark doing the butchering, young Charlie on the till and me interfering on Saturdays to todays army of 4 butchers, 2 chefs, 4 shop assistants and me still interfering.
My highlights of last year are the 1st litter of pigglets and the orphaned lambs we had to bottle feed with low points of the break in.
